Gracias al dise\u00f1o del conjunto de sensores y reservorios, el parche no necesita ser calibrado con una muestra de sangre, lo que hace innecesarios los pinchazos en el dedo.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">El equipo creador del dispositivo espera que pueda convertirse en un dispositivo ponible de bajo coste que env\u00ede de manera regular mediciones relevantes del nivel de glucosa al tel\u00e9fono o reloj inteligente del usuario y le alerte si es necesario que tome alguna medida.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cUna ventaja importante\u201d de este dispositivo, seg\u00fan los investigadores, es que cada sensor en miniatura puede operar en una peque\u00f1a zona sobre un fol\u00edculo piloso individual, lo que aumenta la precisi\u00f3n de las mediciones.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Prueba en humanos<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Para este estudio, el equipo ha probado el parche tanto en piel de cerdo, donde demostr\u00f3 que pod\u00eda leer de manera precisa los niveles de glucosa en todo el rango observado en pacientes humanos diab\u00e9ticos, como en personas voluntarias, en los que tambi\u00e9n pudo monitorear las variaciones de az\u00facar en sangre a lo largo del d\u00eda.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">El pr\u00f3ximo paso es mejora el dise\u00f1o del parche para optimizar el n\u00famero de sensores en el dispositivo, para demostrar su total eficacia durante un periodo de 24 horas y realizar ensayos cl\u00ednicos fundamentales.<\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un nuevo parche adhesivo sirve para medir el nivel de glucosa a trav\u00e9s de la piel, lo que podr\u00eda hacer que millones de diab\u00e9ticos no tuvieran que darse un pinchazo para las mediciones peri\u00f3dicas, seg\u00fan un estudio que publica Nature Nanotechnology.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9575,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[370],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-9574","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-salud"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.7 -
