{"id":9634,"date":"2018-04-12T08:48:14","date_gmt":"2018-04-12T14:48:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=9634"},"modified":"2018-04-12T08:49:14","modified_gmt":"2018-04-12T14:49:14","slug":"investigadora-vasca-crea-fibra-optica-que-capta-energia-solar-de-alto-rendimiento-y-bajo-coste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/materiales\/investigadora-vasca-crea-fibra-optica-que-capta-energia-solar-de-alto-rendimiento-y-bajo-coste\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigadora vasca crea fibra \u00f3ptica que capta energ\u00eda solar de alto rendimiento y bajo coste"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>La Universidad del Pa\u00eds Vasco (UPV\/EHU) ha hecho p\u00fablico el resultado de la investigaci\u00f3n en la que Itxaso Parola Domingo, ingeniera de telecomunicaciones, consigue\u00a0una fibra \u00f3ptica de pl\u00e1stico de alto rendimiento\u00a0al captar la energ\u00eda solar, esta creaci\u00f3n se da como resultado de utilizar dopantes h\u00edbridos que act\u00faan como concentrador solar luminiscente.<\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>El novedoso descubrimiento plantea la combinaci\u00f3n de componentes org\u00e1nicos e inorg\u00e1nicos en el material base de la fibra en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/h4>\n<h4>La clave son los dopantes h\u00edbridos, act\u00faan como concentrador solar luminiscente.<\/h4>\n<h4>La investigaci\u00f3n\u00a0llevada a cabo por los departamentos de F\u00edsica Aplicada I e Ingenier\u00eda de Comunicaciones de la UPV\/EHU, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el grupo Applied Organic Materials de la Universidad T\u00e9cnica de Brunswick, consigue la creaci\u00f3n de la fibra para producir energ\u00eda a peque\u00f1a escala.<\/h4>\n<h4>Seg\u00fan comunicado Parola afirma que este material \u201c<em>podr\u00eda tener una gran potencialidad en el mercado de la fotovoltaica integrada en edificios o edificaci\u00f3n verde<\/em><em>. La medici\u00f3n del potencial de la fibra en diferentes ambientes, as\u00ed como de iluminaci\u00f3n, ha dado resultados positivos, sin embargo se descubre que el mejor rendimiento se obtiene cuando la luz se dirige indirectamente al material.<\/h4>\n<h4>Seg\u00fan la nota de la UPV\/EHU \u201c<em>tan s\u00f3lo un 3% de la energ\u00eda consumida en 2017 proviene de sistemas e\u00f3licos, solares y de biomasa<\/em>\u201d y que en opini\u00f3n de los expertos \u201c<em>actualmente la obtenci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda solar tiene mayores perspectivas de crecimiento<\/em>\u201d.<\/h4>\n<h4>Por lo que los resultados del rendimiento elevado de la fibra desarrollada por Parola, en cuanto a concentrar y transportar luz solar, al ser conectada a c\u00e9lulas fotovoltaicas ha sido considerado como un sistema \u00f3ptimo para proporcionar energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica a dispositivos peque\u00f1os.<\/h4>\n<h4>La informaci\u00f3n proporcionada por la UPV\/EHU asegura que en la actualidad se desarrollan estudios en b\u00fasqueda de la mejora de las c\u00e9lulas solares fotovoltaicas, todo ello a nivel mundial, con el af\u00e1n de conseguir alternativas a las de silicio ya que las fuentes
